Greetings from Vladivostok and the 2nd Eastern Economic Forum. #EEF2016Back in 2010, I lobbied successfully to get the US and Russia into the East Asia Summit.The challenge now is to use the EAS to develop a regional "common security" mechanism. And, in the long term, maybe evolving it into an Asia-Pacific Community.
