Kevin Rudd on CNBC: There's 'low-level defiance' in China

Kevin Rudd, former prime minister of Australia, says China is approaching negotiations with the U.S. in a "considerably" stronger economic position compared to six months ago. Any American assumption that China is economically desperate is "not well placed," he says.
